Overview

GharNaksa SEO is an SEO, content, analytics, and publishing workspace operated by Aenish Shrestha. In this policy, "GharNaksa SEO," "we," and "our" refer to that service and operator.

We collect and use data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service; process subscriptions; communicate with users; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use connected Google, Bing, or website data for third-party advertising.

Data we collect

Account and workspace information

We process your account identifier, name, email address, profile information, team memberships, preferences, support communications, and subscription status. We also store the websites, brands, business details, and workspace settings you add.

Content and files

We process prompts, chats, topics, keywords, drafts, transcripts, images, media metadata, products, calendar items, notes, publishing history, backups, and other content you create, import, or ask the service to analyze.

Connected service data

When you choose to connect a service, we process the authorization and data needed for its features. Depending on your connections, this can include Google account email and OAuth grants; Search Console queries, pages, clicks, impressions, position, indexing, and sitemap data; Google Analytics properties, traffic, and conversion reports; YouTube channel, video, and caption data; Bing Webmaster performance and crawl data; and WordPress or WooCommerce content, media, products, categories, and publishing data.

Credentials and connection details

We store connection details you provide, such as site URLs, WordPress usernames and application passwords, API keys, webhook URLs, property identifiers, and OAuth refresh tokens. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest and are not shown to other workspace members.

Usage and technical data

We and our infrastructure providers may automatically process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, page views, feature interactions, timestamps, referring URLs, cookies or similar identifiers, performance data, and diagnostic or error logs.

Billing data

Stripe processes payment card and billing details. GharNaksa SEO receives and stores limited billing records such as your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and usage or quota records. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

How we use data

  • Authenticate users and maintain accounts and workspaces.
  • Provide SEO reporting, content creation, research, monitoring, backups, collaboration, and publishing features.
  • Connect to services you authorize and carry out actions you request, such as reading reports or publishing content.
  • Generate and improve requested text, images, recommendations, and automated workflows.
  • Process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and maintain billing and transaction records.
  • Send service messages, requested reports, team invitations, publishing notices, and security or support communications.
  • Measure usage, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, protect the service, and improve reliability and usability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Connected services and Google data

Connections are optional and initiated by you. The permissions shown during authorization determine what the service can access. GharNaksa SEO currently requests Google permissions for account email, Search Console, read-only Google Analytics, and YouTube caption access. Search Console access can also support user-requested sitemap submissions.

GharNaksa SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google and Bing from Settings. Disconnecting removes the saved authorization from GharNaksa SEO and stops future API access, but it does not automatically remove reports or content already created from that data. You can request deletion of those records as described below. You can also revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account.

When data is shared

We share data only as needed to operate the service, complete actions you request, or meet legal obligations. Service providers receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Data can also be shared with workspace members according to their roles; with a website, webhook, or other destination when you direct the transfer; when required by law or a valid legal process; to protect users, the public, or the service; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale with appropriate notice and protections.

Data retention

We retain account and workspace information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We keep authorization tokens until you disconnect the integration, revoke access, or delete your account. Generated content, imported records, backups, activity history, and analytics snapshots remain until you remove them, the workspace owner removes them, or an account deletion request is completed.

Some records may be retained for a limited period in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention systems, or as required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. When deletion is not immediately possible, we restrict the data from ordinary use and remove or anonymize it when the retention reason ends.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. These include HTTPS for data in transit, access controls, workspace authorization, restricted server credentials, and AES-256-GCM encryption for stored OAuth tokens, application passwords, and supported API keys.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your account, using dedicated application credentials where available, limiting team access, and promptly disconnecting integrations you no longer use.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You can edit many account, site, notification, and connection settings directly in the service.

You may disable optional monitoring and email features, remove webhooks, archive website connections, disconnect Google or Bing, and revoke third-party permissions from the provider account. Browser controls can limit cookies or local storage, though some authentication and preference features may then stop working.

Account and data deletion

To request permanent deletion of your GharNaksa SEO account and associated data, visit the developer contact page and identify the request as "GharNaksa SEO account deletion." Include the email address used for the app. Do not include passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, or payment card details.

We will verify that you control the account before acting on the request. After verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize the account and associated workspace content, credentials, saved authorizations, and service records within 30 days, except records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Merely disabling or freezing an account is not treated as deletion.

Deletion from GharNaksa SEO does not delete content that you previously published to WordPress, WooCommerce, Snapps, or another external destination. You must remove that content from the destination itself. It also does not delete your Google, Microsoft, WordPress, Stripe, or other third-party account.

Workspace owners may need to remove a team member before that member's workspace access ends. Deleting a member's account does not delete content owned by another workspace.

Children

GharNaksa SEO is a business and professional productivity service. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

International processing

GharNaksa SEO and its providers may process information in Nepal, the United States, and other countries where providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here, update its effective date, and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how personal information is handled.
